Our Mission
The Conservation and Preservation Society (CAPS) exists to unite rural communities across Unincorporated South Snohomish County, empowering residents to speak with one collective voice. We advocate for thoughtful engagement with county representatives and staff—ensuring that local citizens are heard, not overshadowed by developers.
We believe in progress that honors place. CAPS supports responsible development, affordable housing, and freedom of religion. Our mission is not opposition, but inclusion: to champion community-driven planning that respects the land, the people, and the future we share and improve the quality of life for everyone in our community.
